Here you will find answers to the most common questions about our shop.

I am a registered customer, but I still can't log in with my password.

We have migrated from our "old shop system" to a more modern one. For this reason, there is a change in the login process:

1. Please enter your email address and click "send."

2. You will receive a 6-digit code at the email address you provided. (If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder).

3. After entering the code, you will be in your customer account, and you will not need to re-register.

Advantage: You no longer need to remember passwords; you will receive a new login code with each login. This makes your account absolutely secure.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, for bulky goods 2-4 business days, within Germany.

For deliveries to EU countries, the delivery time is approx. 2-7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, advance payment, and Shopify Payments.

Can I return my order?

Yes, of course, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. In this case, please cancel your order and send the goods back to the address given in the imprint, securely packaged to avoid damage to the discs.

How can I track the status of my order?

After shipment, you will receive an email with all shipping information. You can also check the current status of your order in your customer account.
